Staying at this location was like I never left my house; and I have OCD issues when it comes to cleanliness and where I lay my head. the room was immaculate; the service of the front desk staff, awesome. They all made me feel like I was welcome and valued. Most of my interaction was with Richard Woods upon check-in. He immediately made me feel at ease as I told him I spent 6 hours the night before pouring through various properties and online reviews. This property was the last one I looked at. I feel I made the right choice.My trip there was pleasurable, but my stay at this location was the icing on the cake. I didn't want to leave to go back home. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. I am a picky person with hotels, however I could find no fault with my stay here.I will definitely be back any time i come to Montgomery, Al. I will tell anyone going to the area to check this place out first. (I promise I don't work for the company so I was not coerced to write this rave review, lol) I'm simply just that pleased with my experience !!!

The television functioned properly

Nonsmoker placed in a smoking room on a smoking floor without notice. No attempt to accommodate by staff. No attempt to deodorize room. Had to leave windows open to breath. Furniture and appliances well worn and tacky. Cigarette burns all over counters. Fluids spilled and marks on walls. Toilet did not function properly. Go inspect yourself, room 131.
